Laying, renewal and repair of tuile canal coverings — the round tile of this country, never the flat tile of the North. We redo ridges, verges and metalwork, and we handle a single leak as readily as a whole roof slope.

For you, that means a roof watertight again without betraying the landscape: the weathered tiles that can be kept are sorted and reused, and what we lay is covered by our garantie décennale.

02 · Timber roof structure

The frame that carries everything, solid for decades

Traditional solid-timber structures or trussed rafters: we build, strengthen and replace tired members — purlins, rafters, trusses — on mas as on village houses.

A sound roof structure means a covering that no longer shifts and a house with no nasty surprises. We respect the original work rather than renewing everything: better for the building, and for your budget.

03 · Roof cleaning & moss removal

A few more years before renewal

Gentle brushing, moss treatment, then a protective water-repellent coat: we remove the mosses and lichens that hold moisture, especially on shaded north-facing slopes and under pines.

Maintenance is what pushes back the big expense: a clean roof sheds storm rain better, ages more slowly, and buys you years before it has to be redone.

04 · Timber treatment

The timber protected, the structure preserved

Curative and preventive treatment against house longhorn beetles, woodworm and fungi — the quiet guests of old mas roof structures, lying low under the loft until the timber gives way.

Treating in time costs far less than replacing a truss: we assess the state of the timber frankly and only act where it is needed, so your roof structure lasts for generations to come.
